01 / THE SUPPORT

From moving pieces
to a shared plan.

A project needs more than a list of tasks. We establish what is included, who owns each part, and how progress and decisions will be made visible.

01

Define and organize the work

Translate the initiative into a practical plan with requirements, milestones, responsibilities, and review points.

  • Requirements and scope clarification
  • Implementation plans and timelines
  • Stakeholder roles and dependencies
02

Keep delivery visible

Bring people together around progress, changing priorities, and the decisions that need attention.

  • Status updates and action tracking
  • Risk and dependency tracking
  • Stakeholder and vendor communication
03

Prepare for handover

Help the team understand what has been completed, what remains open, and who takes ownership next.

  • Quality checkpoints and open items
  • Customer training coordination
  • Documentation and project handover

02 / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Built on customer-facing
implementation work.

As a Project Manager at Perceptyx from January 2022 to August 2023, I owned customer implementation plans, milestones, requirements, and status communication. As a Program Manager from August 2023 to May 2026, I managed concurrent global SaaS and employee-listening programs.

That experience includes adapting an implementation plan when a customer’s merger timeline changed, coordinating internal specialists, and keeping stakeholders informed. These examples come from my corporate roles. I earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential from PMI in April 2018.

03 / WORKING TOGETHER

Define the initiative.
Agree on the delivery.

  1. 01

    Understand the initiative

Discuss the outcome, current stage, people involved, constraints, and any dates or decisions already committed.

  2. 02

    Set the plan and boundaries

Agree on deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, communication, and budget. Make client inputs and approval points explicit.

  3. 03

    Manage progress and changes

Maintain a shared view of actions, risks, and decisions. Review material scope or timeline changes together before changing the agreed work.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

What kinds of projects fit your background?

My strongest experience is in customer-facing SaaS implementations, employee-listening programs, and cross-functional business initiatives. We discuss the project and its requirements to confirm whether my experience fits.

Can you join a project that is already underway?

We can discuss that. A useful starting point is the current plan, outstanding decisions, key stakeholders, and immediate risks. The scope depends on what the project needs and the access available.

How is project management different from ongoing executive support?

Project management centers on a defined initiative, deliverables, and milestones. Executive support centers on a leader’s recurring responsibilities and working rhythm. Explore ongoing executive support.

How do we agree on pricing and timing?

We review the scope, complexity, dependencies, and workload before I propose pricing and a schedule. Start dates, hours, and terms are confirmed together; they are not assumed from an inquiry.

Let’s talk about
your next initiative.

Share your priorities and timing. We’ll discuss fit, scope, and availability.
