01 / THE SUPPORT

What I can take
off your plate.

We shape the work around your responsibilities and working style. These are the kinds of tasks we can include in an agreed scope.

01

A more considered calendar

Coordinate competing priorities, schedule the right conversations, and plan travel around the commitments that matter.

  • Complex calendars and scheduling
  • Travel itineraries and logistics
  • Expense and document organization
02

Better prepared meetings

Bring the right context and materials into the room, with a clear record of what needs to happen afterward.

  • Agendas and briefing materials
  • Presentations and document preparation
  • Confidential information handling
03

Visible follow-through

Keep outstanding commitments in view and help the right people stay informed between meetings.

  • Action items and named owners
  • Stakeholder and vendor follow-up
  • Priority reviews and regular updates

02 / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Experience supporting
senior leadership.

At Welk Resort Group, I supported the CFO and four other senior finance executives. My work brought together complex calendars, meeting preparation, confidential information, and coordination across finance and project teams.

My later project and program management roles at Perceptyx added customer communication, implementation planning, and risk management. That background helps me connect day-to-day executive support with the wider work underway.

03 / WORKING TOGETHER

Make the working
relationship clear.

  1. 01

    Start with your day

Share the responsibilities that keep returning to your desk, the people involved, and where you need a reliable second pair of hands.

  2. 02

    Agree on the scope

Set responsibilities, working hours, time-zone overlap, communication, and decision boundaries before work begins.

  3. 03

    Build a useful rhythm

Use regular check-ins, a shared priority list, and clear follow-up ownership to keep the work visible. We agree which tools and access are needed.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Do you provide remote support across the U.S.?

Yes. I work remotely with U.S. clients. We agree on time-zone overlap, availability, and how urgent requests will be handled before starting.

Can you also help with project management?

Yes. A defined initiative can be scoped separately from ongoing executive support, with its own deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and budget. Explore project management.

How are rates and hours agreed?

We discuss the support you need, the expected workload, and your budget. I then propose a scope and pricing for review. Hours, availability, and terms are agreed before work starts.

What should I include in an inquiry?

Tell me about your role or team, the recurring responsibilities you need help with, and any timing you have in mind. Please keep sensitive documents and account credentials out of the initial inquiry.

Let’s talk about
your working day.

Share your priorities and timing. We’ll discuss fit, scope, and availability.
